personal selection, development programs and trainings. There are different
types of paths in human resources that can be intergraded with strategic
vision, planning and implementation but the main three factors are talent
inventories, workforce planning and training and development.

To
fulfill strategic objectives, organizations have to identify employee
capabilities and talent inventories give huge support to find employee
capabilities and also an effective human resource function can identify the
organizational abilities. Talent inventories also give the information about
employee aptitudes and interests regarding future developments. Talent
inventories can create a platform to achieve strategic objectives. Recruitment,
selection, workforce planning and training and development are combined with
talent inventories.

Workforce
planning, setting goals and strategies to make future organizational workforce
are major components in competitive advantage. This process helps to reduce
talent gaps among the employees and make adjustments to meet with current and
future strategic challenges. These adjustments are affected on recruitment,
selection, development, retention, reward and internal promotions and transfer
policies. Human resource function give signals about turnovers and high turnover
is a major problem in an organization. Turnover leads to a lower organizational
performance and affected on employee morale. In strategic integration human
resource function is a very important part.

and development is a major responsibility of a human resource manager. Human
resource function can create various development programs but employees value
the skill development programs which are related to their jobs most. Talent
