Hence we can say that this site facilitates all administrative taskswithin and outside the school with ease.   ProblemStatement The problem which is beingcurrently faced by many schools is the management. Here, the teacher does notproperly handle their workload, which results in a delay of the schedule.Schools are managing all the data manually, which is becoming difficult task.Also in schools for checkingobtained marks in tests and assignments students have to go to school and whenstudents are given back their test papers, teachers are not sure that studentshave signed these papers from their parents. When parent wants to know abouttheir child’s performance they need to visit school.

 Statementof Purpose:Thepurpose of this research is to produce something which helps school to managetheir daily routine task efficiently and to reduce the manual work.              Objectives ·        Totrack student schedules. ·        Tohold records of the student’s attendance. ·        Toenroll new students.·        Help the teacherto facilitate access to parents and introduce them to the extent ofdeficiencies at the student process.   Significanceof the Project The schoolsprovide education to children, and is a place where students learn reading,writing, mathematics, science and various other subjects.   We musttherefore provide students with the electronic knowledge, because the world isadopting electronic features and became dependent on technology dramaticallyand through the presence of the Web site of the school makes it easier for studentsto deal with websites and opens a large field of learning and enter this worldfull of information and useful things that make it benefit significantly and italso helps to understand the field of development through research anddiscovery of new information in the materials that can also cultures throughthe discovery of new methods of learning and teaching methods                       Literature Review: The mainpurpose of literature review was to grip comprehensive ideas in the area of OnlineSchool Management System and related successful projects worldwide.Theliterature cited below will help us tackle the different concepts,understanding, ideas, conclusions and different developments related to study ofthe Online School Management System.

Adnan andSobia Saeed, “Online School Management System and Its Impact on SchoolingSectors”, vol. 8, No. 1, 2014, survey of more than 10 schools and a sum of 200understudies reacted to the poll which determined that online school managementsystem is more productive and organized than manual procedure. The frameworkused for implementation is Content Management System (CMS). This system helpedto lower the learning bend and to avoid learning new languages for operation ofsystem. Main constraint of system is that it is produced to run on Windows, orhave restricted usefulness on Mac, Linus or Solaris. This may be a littleproblem for small schools but it can cause considerable issues in institutionwith less control over each individual workstation.

It offers unlimited administrationand student logins to use their system, along with unlimited courses and batches.

Same as FeKara many features such as inventory, custom reports, registration,and discipline selection are limited to premium version.5             RequirementAnalysis This chapterwill provide a full description of the system and its users. It will alsodepicts the functional and non-functional requirements that have been collectedusing several methods from brainstorming and interview. After determining themost important requirements, requirement analysis was adopted using severaltools such as use-case diagram, sequence diagram and activity diagram.SystemdescriptionE-school(SMS) it is a system serving the teachers, students and their parents. This isa web based system, the idea of this system was to enable the student to enterthe site and get a midterm marks and final exams given by the school. This systemalso works for parents who can follow their child’s progress in terms ofteacher’s feedback about their child and also grades obtained by their child inassessments. Parents can discuss their child’s progress with teachers on onlineportal.

Parents can also keep track of child’s attendance The systemwill also maintain accounts of the school, tuition fee of the students andmonthly pay of the teachers and at the end it will show income of school subtractingall the expenses. System RequirementBeforecreating any website or a mobile App, it is necessary to visualize the layout,design and all features intended to be incorporated. In addition, how userswill interact with each page and icon and how the website/App should perform(behavior, load time etc.). Requirements are the necessary attributes in thesystem, a statement that identifies a capability, characteristic or qualityfactor of the system in order to have value and utility to the users. Once therequirements are set, developers can initiate the other technical workincluding system design, development, testing, implementation, and operation.FunctionalRequirementsForAdmin: ·        The system shallcreate, edit and delete student account.

Also the system work in multiple web browsers like (Chrome,Mozilla, Opera, and Internet Explorer).  User Friendly The systemhave a friendly user interface and the system very interactive.                  Software Development Life CycleSoftwaredevelopment life cycle (SDLC) based on different phases. First phase isRequirement gathering in this phase, requirement engineer gather all therequirements by meeting the customer.

Second phase of SDLC is design of thesystem, in this phase requirement engineer creates the design of the system.Third phase is implementation. In this phase developing team implement all therequirements by using different computer languages. Fourth phase is testing.Testing is done by using different test cases. Fifth and last phase of SDLC ismaintainability.             Inthe presence of different models of Software development life cycle, the modelselected for this project is waterfall model.

This model is easy to understandand implement and. This model does not allow the developers to move to the nextsteps until the previous step is completed. For the better results of theproject, this is the most suitable model. In the under developing projectrequirements were clear and this is the most important part of water fallmodel. It works only if requirements are well gathered and clear to thedevelopers.
