The study focuses on Heath care Information System for Barangay Santiago which includes the previews record of patient, the prescription from doctors, and patient details. The system also include username and password for safety and security of all details inside the system.

Through this system the Heath care information can restore, update edit search print and add new information. However, this is limited for medical procedure and records because the barangay can’t afford any kind of medical treatment. Also any billing process is not part of this study or the payments and other cashier is work.The respondent of this system are the residents, staff and Barangay Captain of Santiago Naujan. The total respondents of the said system is 50.
