TheMinistry of Local Government and Rural Development, the Ministry of Sanitationand Water Resources, the Ministry of Environment, Science and Technology, CommunityWater and Sanitation Agency, Environmental and Protection Agency andMetropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) together regulate wastemanagement and recycling activities in Ghana in various capacities.
