Iforganization is very small it might even not have a structure. Here individualssimply perform their jobs based on ability and needs. Global Divisions for Converse and Brand Licensing. their organizational structure  also has 2 global divisions: one for  Converse brand and another for the brandlicensing. One global division  isresponsible for managing worldwide operations of Converse, which is a footwearbrand and subsidiary of Nike . Another division is responsible for licensingthe Nike’s brand. The characteristic of the organizational structure offers acontrol for the brand licensing and their operations of Converse.Nike’s OrganizationalStructure Advantages & DisadvantagesNike’s organizationalstructure’s support growth and stability.

Global corporate leadership has theadvantage of facilitating control on entire organization. However, adisadvantage of Nike’s organizational structure is the limited approach tomanaging the operations of Converse.
