Our spacious villa will sleep up to 10people with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge.
It is located in the quietcommunity of Florida Pines, Davenport, just 25 minutes from Disney. We areideally placed for the theme parks, golf courses, shopping outlets andrestaurants. Cracker barrel, Wendy’s, KFC, Chilli’s, IHOP and Denny’s are all ashort drive from the villa and you have Super Wal-Mart around 10 minutes’ drivein the car at the most. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen to includemicrowave, stove and fridge/freezer along with all pots and pans etc.
so if youwant to cook you are all set. The garage houses the washer and dryer so no needto go home with dirty laundry. No additional fees for electricity for yourstay. Everything is included in the rental price except for pool heating ifrequired.You have a table and 6 chairs in the kitchenarea and another dining table and 4 chairs next to the front lounge area.
Thereis a 2nd lounge leading out to the pool with sliding patio doors.Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suitebathroom. There is a flat screen TV. Bedroom2 is at the front of the house and has a queen size bed and also had flatscreen TV. The room shares the bathroom with the twin rooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and also has a flat screenTV.
Bedroom 4 is also two twin beds andalso has the flat screen TV. The twin rooms share the bathroom with the queenroom or you can use the king master bathroom which is just across from the twinroom.The pool is west facing offering sun most of theday and you have two loungers plus a table and 4 chairs for your el-frescodining. Florida Pines has a good mix of both residents and holiday rentals,therefore offering both security and friendly neighbours.The villa has a games room in the garage withpool table and fuse ball and has free Wi-Fi for your use. The lounge and allbedrooms have newly fitted flat screen TV’s with cable.
There are also 2 DVDplayers and a VCR for any of you still holding onto those precious DisneyVideos.Premium outlets shopping Mall is less than 30minutes’ drive plus you have a new Mall on the US27 called Posner Park lessthan 10 minutes’ drive which has many the big name stores in one place.The villa is welcoming, comfortable andwe feel sure will ensure you have a great vacation with lots of memories toshare.Orlando International airport is about 45minutes’drive away, Sanford airport is about 75 minutes’ drive and Tampa airport about75 minutes.
The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minuteswhile to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coastcan be reached in about an hour.
