But trust me Oats are the most boring food you can eat, So I have come out with these 5 different recipes where you can savor oats with flavor and taste without adding many calories to your weight loss journey.” Trust me you are going to love them “Recipe 1  Oats pancakeThis is my favorite, you can stick to the diet as well enjoy it. It’s easy to make, so no big trouble in cooking.Ingredients:Oats 30gms-122 2 whole eggs-147 calBanana 50 grams-44 calSugar-free 1 sachetsProcess:Take a bowl and add oats, eggs, and mashed banana. Beat them so that it becomes a thick mixture of equal consistency.Add sugar-free into it for sweetness. Take a non-stick pan and heat it. Lower the flame and pour the mixture on to the pan.  Let each side of the pancake cook into the Solid texture.Ready to eat pancake in 10 min within 300 caloriesRecipe 2 Oat potato pattiesIngredients:Oats 30Boiled Potato 100 gramsEgg 1Salt and pepper 5 gramsOlive oil 5 gramsProcess:1. Mash the potato and add oats into it along with salt, pepper, and coriander and make them into patties2. On a frying pan add the given amount of oil and let it heat for 5 min.3. once it reaches a high-temperature fry the patties on the pan until golden brown.4. after frying on both sides, place them on a tissue paper so that excess oil is absorbed.5. sprinkle some chat masala on to it to give it some spicy tasteRecipe 3 oats Sabhudana VadaOur favorite Maharashtrian snack with a twist of oatsIngredients:•    Sabudana – 50grams•    Boiled Potato – 50grams ( Grated )•    Fresh coriander – 5 grams ( Chopped )•    Green chili – 10 grams ( Chopped )•    Palak – 30 grams ( Chopped )•    Salt to taste•    Oats – 30 grams ( Powdered )Process:•    Wash the Sabhudana and soak it in water for 5-6 hours.•    Drain the water and add the Sabhudana to a bowl.•    Add potato, coriander, palak, salt, chili and Oats powder.•    Mix everything well.•    Pre-heat the oven to 250 degrees C.•    Make small patties from the Sabudhana mixture and Keep them on a baking tray.•    Sprinkle lightly with Oil.•    Bake for 10-15 minutes and then flip the vada.Recipe4 Veggie oat soup delight•    Garlic –  2 g•    Ginger –  2 g•    Corn kernels – 40 g•    Carrot –  40 g•    Capsicum – 20 g•    Mushroom –  40 g•    Water – 2 cups 400 ml•     Oats – 40 g•    Vinegar – 1 tbsp 5 mlProcess:    Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.•    Add onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté for a few seconds.•    Add Capsicum, carrot, mushroom, and corn, and cook on high heat for 3-4 minutes.•    Add water, and bring the mixture to a boil.•    Blend the Oats in a blender to make a smooth powder.•    Add the powder to the pan and mix well.•    Add vinegar and red chili sauce.•    Season with salt and black pepper.Recipe 5 Oats PohaOkay, let’s make Poha, a bit spicy and OATSY..:p•     2 cups poha or flattened rice •    40 grams Saffola Masala Peppy Tomato oats•    1 medium size onion, finely chopped•    2 green chilies, finely chopped•    An inch piece of ginger, grated•    1 medium-size carrot, finely chopped•    1 tomato, finely chopped•    1/3 cup green peasProcess:•    Add onions and ginger. Saute over medium heat until light brown in color.  Add the tomatoes, oats, turmeric powder, peanuts, raisins, salt, steamed vegetables,  and sugar. Stir to combine and finally add rinsed poha and sprinkle little more water.•   Turn the heat to low and cover the pan. Allow the vegetable poha to cook in the steam along with the vegetables. This will take about 3 to 5 minutes.•   You will notice the poha has puffed up slightly. Turn off the heat.•    Stir in the juice of one lemon and the coriander leaves. Check the salt and seasonings, adjust to suit your taste and serve.
