Musyarakah Mutanaqisah is one of the concepts of a downward, decreasing and ending a partnership with ownership (Anwar 2003). This funding means that over a period of time
financing of the share of bank assets will decrease but in contrast to the share of assets, a customer will ascend. The process continues until the maturity of the share and the asset will be fully transferred to the possession of the customer (Hailani Muji Tahir & Sanep Ahmad, 2009). Musyarakah in terms of language comes from the Arabic language which is essentially Sharika. Sharika or sharikah means associate it with him, share it, together to trade it (AlMarbawi 1990) or a joint partnership between two parties also called al-shirkah (Ibn 408 Nurul Izzah Noor Zainan, Abdul Ghafar Ismail Manzur, 1990). Sharikah marks the mixing of two properties in a way impossible defining separate parts (Wahbah Al-Zuhayli, 2003). The sharikah means according to the Maliki sect it is a right for all partners to deal with any share of common property in partnership.
