I. Introduction
In recent years, ferroelectric materials thin films have attracted much attention and exhibited potential in many important applications including; dynamic random-access memories (DRAMS), non-volatile ferroelectric random-access memories and infrared sensors. The ferroelectric materials suitable for these devices are Pb(Zr,Ti)O3(PZT), SrBi2Ta2O9 (SBT), Bi4Ti3O12 (BIT) and BaTiO3 (BT) systems that are studied with a great deal of interest. BaTiO3, which has several advantages such as an extremely low coercive field, a high polarization mechanical strength and small, could have a strong potential application for ferroelectric thin film devices 1. In addition, strip-loaded type optical waveguide structures based on BaTiO3 thin film technology was reported with promising electro-optic response 2. Moreover, it is promises to achieve high levels of component integration in micro-photonic applications including light source, modulators, waveguides and detectors with reduced device size 3. As it is well known, rare earth oxides addition to ceramics is a good method to control the dielectric and ferroelectric properties 4. On the other hand, it was found that the dopping with KNbO3 fine grain had affected on both dielectric and viscoelastic results of BaTiO3 ceramics 5. The physical properties of artificial BaTiO3/SrTiO3, SrZrO3/SrTiO3 and BaTiO3/BaZrO3 were studied 6. It was found that, these samples have high dielectric permittivity. While the thermal stability for BaTiO3–Bi(Mg2/3Ta1/3)O3 perovskite ceramics had been studied 7. It was found that, the addition of BaTiO3 had already improved both of thermal properties. On the other hand dielectric properties of SrTaO2N 8, and piezoelectric properties of SrBi2Nb2O9 and Sr0.8Bi2.2Nb2O9 ceramics 9 and dielectric properties of Srn+1TinO3n+1 had been studied 10. The annealing effect on structure and magnetic properties for BaTiO3 samples doped with 2.0 at.?% Mn were studied 11. It was found that, the annealing process affected on the structure and magnetic properties. While the effect of doping on optical properties of BaTiO3 had been studied 12-18. On the other hand, many authors had studied the doping effect of FE on the magnetic and electric properties of BaTiO3 had been studied 19-20. On the other hand, many authors had studied the influence of Fe doping on the magnetic and electric properties of BaTiO3 had been studied 21 and type of substrates 22 Therefore, our motivation in this work is to adjust many factors included, doping level, doping element, method of deposition, substrates and deposition conditions. T. Zhang et al, 23 had studied the effect of heat treatment on the magnetic properties of full density Sm (CobalFe0.1Cu0.1Zr0.033)6.93 single crystal permanent, which prepared by single crystal growth. The electrical conductivity of composite of 70 wt% SrSc0.2Co0.8O3?? and 30 wt% Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3?? (SrScCo + SmSrCo) samples were studied 24, With different temperatures, it was found that the electrical conductivity for these studied samples were improved by raising temperate. The phase transformation of a ferroelectric BaTiO3?/2/BaZrO3?/2 samples which prepared by pulsed laser deposition technique was studied 25. It was found that, the is a phase transformation of BaTiO3 at 450 K, and also the superlattices of these studied samples were increasing with temperature, and also the dielectric properties of BaZrO3/BaTiO3 and SrTiO3/BaZrO3 samples were studied 26. The both of structure and optical properties of Polycrystalline BaTi1?xFexO3 samples had been investigated 27, these samples were prepared using conventional solid-state reaction. It was found that, the addition of Fe impurities had been changed the structure and optical results. The dielectric properties with optical field of Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3-La (Mg0.5Ti0.5) O3 samples are studied 28. The spectroscopic ellipsometry technique had been used to study optical properties of Ba0.75Sr0.25TiO3 (BST(75/25))29. While the optical, structure and electronic properties of doped stannate BaSnO3 were investigated 30. While the optical properties of the Ba1?xLaxSnO3 compounds were prepared by a conventional reaction method were analyzed 31. It was noticed that, the access of both of Ba and La affect strongly on the band gap of the studied samples. The optical properties of multilayered BaTi0.85Zr0.15O3 (BTZ) films were investigated 32. It was realized that, the degree of crystallinty of these films affect on the determined refractive index. The optical calculations such as phonon spectra calculations for ATiO3 perovskite crystals (A = Sr, Ba and other elements) 33. It was noticed that the change of element had effect strongly on the phonon transitions for these samples.
In this paper, we have successfully fabricated thin films of La0.01Ba0.99TiO3, Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3 and Sm0.5Sr0.5CoO3/La0.01Ba0.99TiO3 on quartz substrates by Pulsed Laser Deposition technique. In addition, the structure of these films, the optical properties were studied. Moreover, the optical and non-linear optical parameters were determined as well as the dielectric results were calculated optically.
