President Obama did this by reducing carbon pollution from power plants, expanding the clean energy economy,cutting energy wastes from home and many more. According to the New York Times, Mr. Becerra stated”California is not looking to pick a fight, but if Trump is trying to get in our way, that’s when we go at it.”. Public opinion research shows that many Americans now believe that climate change is a problem and supports steps to cut carbon pollution. However, Donald Trump believes that climate change is a hoax, this shows how much he cares about it.
