Older people are usually fine bodied. They usually not tend to do exercise becuase of having a fine bodied. But before getting older if we could try to do some exercise, in our old ages we will be better. It’s a kind of preparing for our old ages.

Last years, it’s not working like that. We have something real like technology. And the technology is one of the most amazing thing that children really love. Now, they are sitting at their homes, we can’t see them at the outside playing with their friends. At home, they have their mobile phones, tablets, computers etc. Even a 6 year old have a tablet these days. This is not a true thing that especially parents do. They are giving the phones to their children’s hands and then they don’t care about what will happen later. It’s a sad thing to see the smart phones in their hands.
Children are sitting at home all day and they don’t even move. But they need to do exercise too as the adults. Especially, parents should be aware of this situation. Even they are not aware of it, a child cannot aware of it too. Because she/he’s just a child. When they are not aware, they start to facing with the diseases even parents are too with their children. Obesity rates are rising and the circulation system are starting to be bad with with children.
It is all about parents. They should make their children to move everyday. Children need to do exercise one hour everday.
