The researcher used survey method using self-structured questionnaire. Through random sampling method, researcher selected 125 respondents. Respondents of this study include managers and supervisors. The research applied inferential statistics such as t-test and correlation.
T-test used to find out the difference between the level of emotional intelligence among managers and supervisors and correlation used to find out the relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance. The result shows that the level of emotional intelligence among managers is moderate and supervisor has low level. The source data are questionnaire and library – field method. There are 4000 individuals in Iranian oil pipeline and telecommunication. According to Cochrane sample size, 354 samples were collected. the sample size was 60 selected from the frontline office staff, store manager, department manager and sales executives. Method of data collection questionnaire consists of 26 items from 7 Globus retail store in Mumbai. The chi-square test,univariate,and correlation was used data analyses were a correlation between general characteristics and job stress and the occurrence of WMSD. 11)Occupational Stress among the Employees in the Health Care Industry(2014) 🙁 Mrs. S.Kanthimathi): found out the level of stress among the employees in the health sector and to identify the factors including stress and also to study the relationship demographic factors and the level of stress. Researcher used convenient sampling method.
Sample size was 110 respondents. In this study result shows high level of stress score was found among the respondents towards their opinion about too much works to do in too little time. The study was conducted soldiers engaged under malayion battalion in the peacekeeping mission in a middle eastern country, Lebanon. Result of the hypothesis used smart PLS path model analysis highlighted 4 main findings; physiological stress was significantly associated with job satisfaction. Second, psychological stress was significantly associated with job satisfaction.
The finding confirms that work related stress does act as an important determinant of job satisfaction in the organizational sample. A study conducted among engineers working in public sector organizations in Assam. By using purposive sampling technique researcher selected 30 samples at the managerial level at a state-run public sector power organization, Assam. The finding shows that emotional intelligence influences stress level among managerial level. Stress does not have the same effect on all. It differs from individual to individual.

The study was conducted among the employees of software companies such as HP,LENOVO,HCL, DELL, Sony etc. used non-probability convenience sampling, researcher selected 100 employees. The data were collected by using a questionnaire method. Finally the result shows that there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and stress management among software employees.
It shows that emotional intelligence has the ability to reduce stress in various situations.
