In this study, we will discuss the organizational change management that is affecting Etisalat. Etisalat is a semi-government which was found in 1976 as a joint-stock company between International Aeradio Limited, a British Company, and local partners. Etisalat is 14th largest mobile network operator in the world and they are currently operating in 16 countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Etisalat has more than 167 million people using their services. Their headquarters are in Abu Dhabi. Some of the services that Etisalat provides are 3G Mobile Internet Access, 4G Mobile Internet Access, Broadband Internet services (Al Shamil and eLife) and Prepaid and post-paid dialup Internet access. Eissa Al Suwaidi is the new chairman of Etisalat who replaced Mohammed Omran.

Culture of Etisalat
“Culture is he ideas, customs, and social behavior of a particular people or society.” (Culture. (n.d.).)
In Etisalat they have employees from all over the world and they are all working to gather in improving themselves and the company. The diversity of Etisalat employees gives it a unique point of view, where each employee gets to give a review of their own experience in the company’s culture. And because of the culture differences in Etisalat each employee could learn a new culture and each culture respects the other. Some of the reviews where that the company has a great work culture, the employees learn from each other, the staff are great, the political situations can be difficult to manage, the staff are good to work with and the atmosphere in safe and friendly and because of the different people and different culture you will find so many different characters.
