The article goes over the concept of servant leadership introduced by Robert K. Greenleaf in 1970.  The style has been adopted by many leaders over the years to help them achieve success within their organizations.  Leaders must possess the ability to influence groups toward the goals of the organization.  The skills, behavior, and attitude of the leader will help determine how successful they will be in managing their organization and the people who depend on them. The paper goes over five very important attitudes that an individual need to adopt it if they want to be an effective servant leader.

The article will support contribute my research paper the attitudes necessary for a life of servant leadership.  The concepts of servant leadership in the article will help an individual look forward and help inspire and motivate others under their charge to follow their lead. They will contribute to the research paper the mentoring, developmental, and psycho-social component that is required from a servant leader to be successful in meeting the goals of the organization.  Servant leadership is not something that everyone has the ability do and they often do not have the right attitude to accomplish the job.  This article will help bring focus on attitudes and behavior that are necessary for the role.

This article will contribute the research paper by highlighting the behavior styles of servant leaders.  The study yield results as to the turnover rates of employees, results that will guide an organization in the right direction to reduce employer turnovers and keep them in the workforce.  Not all employees accept change in their work environment, this article will highlight the steps that an organization and individual can take to prevent that from happening.

This paper will contribute to the research paper by highlighting the leadership styles of servant leadership.  Servant leaders provide cues that are sufficient cues for employees.  The practices of inclusive practice will highlight how employees can be empowered to participate in the decision-making process.  The inclusive practices that the author studied will help validate the beneficial uses of servant leadership to an organization.

This paper will help contribute to my research paper the character ethics and training that a servant leader can use.  It will emphasize the primary goal of servant leadership and the ethical failures of businesses and organizations.  I will be able to draw from the article education tools that be used to strengthen a business.  The qualities that make effective servant leaders will help define their characters and the ethical decisions that will benefit an organization.

Servant leadership has been gaining track and have been adopted by some CEO’s in order in influence their employees.  Not everyone is suited to be a servant leader and even fewer will succeed in the role.  This leader will highlight the skills that are required of a servant leader.  It will outline the context and concepts a leader or organization will need to know about servant leadership.

That study made a lot of valid points about servant leadership when it comes to for-profit organizations.  The article contributes important facts about employee attitudes and the psychological climate under a servant leader.  Employees working for a non-profit organization is different and this article will provide the impacts that servant leadership has on employee attitudes, behaviors, and psychological climates in a for-profit organization.  That can be compared to the employees that work for a non-profit organization.

This paper highlights servant leade4ship and the turnover intentions in the organization.  How servant leadership identifies with the organization and supervisors.  Servant leaders must retain subordinates so that they help the organization achieve its goals and be successful.  Subordinate and organizational identification is important in translating the effects that servant leaders have on coworkers oriented organizational citizenship behavior.  The research provides guidance on how subordinates identify with their supervisors and the organization.

This article will help support my research in helping to highlight the mechanisms that subordinates can use to demonstrate their service behaviors and choosing not to leave an organization.  The article will contribute to my research paper ways that a servant leader eliminates the fears that subordinates have.  The impact that a servant leader has in their organization is highlighted and will help highlight the pro and cons to an individual and their organization.
